In the month of September the IT ministry of India had banned 118 Chinese apps including PUBG. In its statement the IT ministry had said that these apps had been “banned under the section 69A of the Information Technology Act read with the relevant provisions of the Information Technology Rules 2009 and in view of the emergent nature of threats has decided to block 118 mobile apps since in view of the information available they are engaged in activities which is which is prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, security of the state and public order.”

But among all the news the return of PUBG is being trolled in India. On Thursday, November 12, 2020, the company has revealed its poster for PUBG India and left a message for its looming in India.
The company also mentioned in its statement that along with KRAFTON it plans to invest $100 million(approximately 746 crores) in India, one of the largest market of PUBG mobile in the world. It also said in the statement,” Thanks to overwhelming community enthusiasm for PUBG esports in India, the company also plans to make investments by hosting India-exclusive esports events, which will feature the biggest tournaments, the largest prize-pools, and the best tournament productions.”
